fast forward to Singapore, waiting for transit to Denpasar. Me and Fahmi had a Subway there and shortly afterwards, went off to the airplane.

In the plane there was nothing really interesting. only that the girl beside me had a fucking iPad2 when it just recently came out. and she tried to read a book then i noticed shes been on the same page for 1 hours HAHAH.

fast forward to Denpasar airport, i think it was 8pm by that time...

We got in the bus and went off. Me and Fahmi helped the teacher pick up his stuff while he bought us all drinks. we went in the bus late and had to sit in the back with the young'uns.

the traffic was ridiculous, took us hours to reach our destination. then this street was closed for this function. the bus had to make a 3 point turn on a really tight street. scared the crap outta me. the houses had statues of figures idk about. there were bamboo poles erected next to the street with a bamboo ornament hanging on the end.

it was around 10-11 when we reached Green Camp. the guides were really friendly. it was freezing, our breaths were visible. it was awesome. but on the 5 mins walk to the actual camp, there were freaky noises of animals.

we were directed to the dining hut where we had our late dinner: spaghetti. the meat and sauce was separated for the vegetarians (I think it was only Melissa).

after a short welcoming talk, we were sent to our huts (or as they call it "Yurts") in a small collection of living huts called Yurt Village.

I was surprised to see that they had electricity there honestly (me being ignorant) and in the huts, they had an air conditioner. I was in Hut 1 with Fahmi and Rafi. Lim, Jonathan and Andy were in Hut 3. we decided to have 5 people in one hut just cause it was fun. Andy moved to his friends hut 2.

oyes, the huts were made of bamboo and the walls were lined with mosquito nets and we can put on the curtains for privacy if we wanted. we slept on mattresses.

before going to sleep we decided to go back to the dining hut to chill but we found some of the guides chilling there as well. so we just bummed around together i guess. One of the worker is Ratna, an indonesian girl. pretty nice. The second was Pinetree (srs) a cool guy as well, talked about the difference in cultures between Brunei and Bali. The third one was Nikki, a Canadian whos doing a volunteer job at the Green Camp, just arrived a week ago.

one by one they had to go to sleep and we went to our hut and slept as well. it was late.
